(November  2, 2009) After two and a half years of running the Chevrolet Volt program, Frank Weber is returning to Germany in December to assume a position with Opel. On December 2, Doug Parks will take over the reigns of the program. Before that happens, Chevrolet will hold the first drives of the pre-production cars before the Los Angeles Auto Show.
